Changing and refunding rules of goods purchased from TV

Changing and refunding the goods purchased online or other forms from TV is carried out in accordance with the following conditions:

Refunds of refund:

• According to Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the Protection of Consumer Protection", all goods that are not prohibited to return will be returned within 14 days.

• Physical characteristics and functionality should be checked when goods are delivered. If you have any defects or comments, you should immediately be informed to the delivery employee.

In the following cases, the goods are not refunded:

• Opening of the box: If the box is opened (for goods in the box).

• Used goods: If the product was used.

• Deformation: If any deformation occurred in the product`s commodity view, consumption features and physical indicators.

Refund terms:

• The document (electronic or ordinary document) must be stored during the purchase and delivery of the product.

• If the product is not included in the Cabinet of Ministers, if not included in the list of products that cannot be refunded in accordance with the relevant decision.

Replacement and refund due to production defects:

• The product refund and replacement is only possible if there are defects in the delivery of defects or product due to production error.

During the refund / replacement of the product:

• The product must be returned together with the full set, original packaging, purchase documents and accessories.

Products that are not possible to return:

The following products are not included in the return and replacement:

Leather products

School supplies, gifts and personal use goods

Hygiene products

Private products made on the order

Products delivered and mounted from parts (For example: iron cabinets, furniture, etc.)

Goods for safes and cash protection purposes
