Rules for Exchange and Return of Goods Purchased from TVİM

The exchange and return of goods purchased from TVİM online or through other means shall be carried out in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

Return Rules:

• Pursuant to Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Protection of Consumer Rights", all goods not prohibited from being returned may be exchanged within 14 days, provided that their merchantable appearance and consumer properties are preserved (if a suitable item for exchange is unavailable, a refund may be issued).

• Goods must be inspected for physical characteristics and functionality upon delivery. If any defect, discrepancy, incorrect or missing item is identified, the delivery personnel must be notified immediately. The company shall not be held liable for any physical damage occurring after the goods have been accepted.

Goods Shall Not Be Returned in the Following Cases:

• Opening of the Packaging: If the original box, vacuum packaging, or blister pack of the product is damaged, torn, or opened to an extent that prevents resale (applicable to goods in packaging).

• Used Goods: If the product has been used and shows signs of wear and tear.

• Deformation: If any deformation has occurred affecting the merchantable appearance, consumer properties, and physical condition of the product.

Conditions for Return:

• The document provided during purchase and delivery (electronic invoice, cash register receipt, or standard document) must be retained and presented.

• The product must not belong to the category of goods that cannot be returned pursuant to the relevant decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Transportation and Delivery Costs:

• In the event of a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect item is dispatched by TVİM, all return and exchange costs shall be covered by TVİM. If the product is free of defects and no error has been committed by the company, and the customer wishes to return or exchange the product solely by choice, all incurred courier/delivery costs shall be borne by the customer.

Exchange and Return Due to Manufacturing Defects:

• The return of defect-free goods shall be carried out in accordance with the 14-day statutory condition. In the event of manufacturing defects or defects identified during handover/delivery, the product shall be exchanged or returned unconditionally.

During the Return/Exchange of the Product:

• The product must be returned fully complete, in its original packaging, along with purchase documents and all accessories. The refund for the product shall be processed within 3 business days from the date the goods are returned to the warehouse and inspected (refunds for card payments shall be credited back to the customer's card).

Products that are not possible to return:

Pursuant to the relevant decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the following goods are not subject to return or exchange:

Leather products

School supplies, gifts and personal use goods

Hygiene products

Private products made on the order

Products delivered and mounted from parts (For example: iron cabinets, furniture, etc.)

Goods for safes and cash protection purposes
