Order, delivery, return and replacement conditions

Basic concepts:

Buyer Agreement: This document provides for all conditions below related to online shopping.

Buyer: The physical or legal entity, which ordered the product or service by electronic payment through the technical capabilities specified in the online platform of TVim.az online platform.

Seller: A physical or legal entity that sells its products or services online, selling and delivery of its products or services on TV My LLC.

Portal: TVim.az website, which is an online sale space of goods and services.

Product (s) / Service (s): Any goods, services, materials, equipment and other items placed on the portal.

Order: Order form sent to the seller in electronic form for purchasing goods or services from the portal to deliver the buyer to the address.

Return: Return the product from the Portal to the seller and redemption of the amount paid.

Replacement: The purchase of the buyer is submitted to the seller and purchasing another product in exchange.

Special Terms:

The buyer fully accepts the terms of this agreement by ordering goods or services from the portal.

The return and replacement of goods placed on the portal is regulated by Article 15 of the Law on Consumer Rights of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The seller has the right to change the terms of the purchase without any warning.

The buyer must fully paid the value of the buyer or service for the purchase.

When the buyer is filling in the order form, it agrees to be used by your contact information by the seller.

In cases of cancellation of the order or the absence of the product, the seller is relieved of responsibility by providing information on the recipient.

Delivery Rules:

• Delivery for orders worth 200 AZN and above Azerbaijan Free Stop.

• Can take time to 3 working days of large volumes of loads.

Dispute resolution:

All disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the early stages by mutual agreement. Otherwise, the disputes will be resolved within the framework of the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
