SoudaFlex FC40 black 600ml is a polyurethane-based, one-component, high-performance sealant-adhesive designed for both sealing and strong flexible bonding applications in the construction sector. The product has a moisture-curing system and shows high resistance to structural movements, vibrations and temperature changes, maintaining its permanent elasticity after application. It forms a film on the surface in about 25 minutes and provides optimum workability with a cure rate of about 3 mm in 24 hours. A hardness of 40 ±5 Shore A and an elongation of up to 700% prevent seams from cracking and ensure long-term use. It has high adhesion to concrete, metal, aluminum, polyester and other building materials, it is resistant to UV rays, chemical effects and various weather conditions. It works stably in the temperature range from -30°C to +90°C and is considered an ideal solution for expansion joints with a deformation tolerance of ±20%. It is widely used for facade work, concrete floor seams, gluing of roof elements and flexible joints in vibrating constructions.
