Return & Exchange Policy

The exchange and return of goods purchased from TVİM, whether online or by other means, is carried out under the following terms.

Return Rules

• Under Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Protection of Consumer Rights," goods not prohibited from return may be exchanged within 14 days, provided their merchantable appearance and consumer properties are preserved. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
• Goods must be inspected for defects and functionality upon delivery. Any defect, discrepancy, or missing/incorrect item must be reported to the delivery personnel immediately. The company is not liable for physical damage occurring after the goods have been accepted.

Goods Not Eligible for Return

• Opened packaging — the original box, vacuum packaging, or blister pack is damaged or opened to an extent that prevents resale.
• Used goods — items showing signs of wear and use.
• Deformation — items with damage affecting their appearance, consumer properties, or physical condition.

Conditions for Return

• The purchase document (e-invoice, cash register receipt, or equivalent) must be retained and presented.
• The product must not belong to a category excluded from return by the relevant decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Transportation and Delivery Costs

• If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error by TVİM (wrong item sent), TVİM covers all return/exchange costs.
• If the product is defect-free and the return is by customer choice, courier/delivery costs are borne by the customer.

Exchange and Return Due to Manufacturing Defects

• Defect-free goods follow the standard 14-day return condition.
• Goods with manufacturing defects, or defects identified at delivery, are exchanged or returned unconditionally.

During the Return/Exchange Process

• The product must be returned fully complete, in its original packaging, with purchase documents and all accessories.
• Refunds are processed within 3 business days from when the goods are returned to the warehouse and inspected. Card payment refunds are credited back to the customer's card.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

Per the relevant decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the following are not subject to return or exchange:

• Leather products
• School supplies, gifts, and personal-use goods
• Hygiene products
• Private products made to order
• Products delivered and assembled from parts (e.g., iron cabinets, furniture)
• Goods for safes and cash protection purposes
